Hi, probably a dumb question but if i'm using a rhino beam type light will my camera flash still fire off ?

Yes, just take it off auto and turn it to on mate.

Some people fit it to the hotshoe on the flash and if you're using a pop up type arrangement of built in camera flash, it won't work because it physically cannot be opened. If you put the Rhino (plenty of other versions available, just search for 96 LED video light and you don't have to pay the Carp Tax!) on a bankstick, you can use both sources of light. Just be careful not overlight the scene, a bit of trial and error without a fish and noting the setting you use will pay dividends.

On that note these are almost identical if not the same as they are punting out as the V3 Rhino beam and you'll get two for less than the v3
