Hi guys....so I'm wanting to make a couple of spot markers.
Iv seen people use corks or old camera film tubes but how do you use these in the same way as a h block?

Wrap the line around the cork, put the cork inside the film canister with the line trapped at the correct depth.

I do this but I use the insides of kinder eggs

They don't spin and find the right depth like H blocks. You have to tie/trap the line at the right depth (better slightly over depth as you only need a bit of rain and all your markers are underwater 😳

Distance sticks or is it boat work, I mainly used sunken markers, white polly balls, just got to line it up, canes are good to

They dont come covered in chocolate with a little toy inside though do they.
