Anyone have these reels? Is it worth upgrading the washers to the Ice washers? Also any other upgrades I can do / people recommended?
Used them for the first time at the weekend, so far have liked them apart from the handles which I'll be changing.

If you want a smoother quicker drag then yes worth changing the washer in the spool

Changing the washers makes a massive difference I don't know why they don't sell them with the ice washers I love the reels but like yourself changed the handles i went for Weston developments folding handles these came up cheap on eBay tho as I could never justify retail price for them. on a set of tacklebox cfx 10ft rods they are a match made in heaven,
