Look on interparcel website put the measurements and weights in it will give you a list of couriers who will deliver them . Don't use My Hermes or collect+ which is Yodel their worst 2 to use

Used Tufnells via interparcel recently and whilst the rods got there fine there was a massive delay from order to actual collection and then delivery . . .should have charged a little more and gone with UPS . . .

I send rods on a weekly basis, The only one i will use now is ups through interparcel and even now i have issues with them.Do not pay extra for insurance despite what they say you will not get paid out , they only refund your initial cost .It took me two years and 3 snall claims court appearances to get money back when i had a set of torrix go walkabout ! And even then i was still out of pocket.

Hey Jeff - can you be more specific?
I paid a premium to cover the value of the purchase price (in the event of a loss) last rods I sold - are you saying this only covers the transit price paid and not the value of the goods if lost or damaged?

They will use every trick in the book not to pay you believe me,the first thing they say is you must,nt of put labels on securely if they go missing , i had a set get run over in a warehouse by a fork lift truck on a saturday morning (which is why i now never send them out after wednesday) to be told not insured when not in transit !!! Just refunded my payment, If you ring them they will say oh yes its FULLY insured, its when you need to make a claim you find out how bad it is.

Another vote for avoiding UPS. have had very similar experiences lately with rods going missing and UPS being not helpful at all. if you try to make a claim they make you wait at least a month before you can start claim and use every avoidance trick in the book. ie. you couldnt have put labels on properly etc etc etc.

Used parcelforce, they collect and attach labels for you.
Not had an issue, but more expensive but I trust them a bit more than I ther couriers.

As i said , i have used most companies inc parcelforce and encountered problems with them all, its a lottery.
