I am in search for a couple spare spool for the Shimano Baitruner LC Medium XTB but its overall out of stock here in holland. But 1 store has have the Shimano LC Medium Ci4 XTB spare spools. Does these fit on both of the reels ?
The size are the same so i think it is possible ?

Both spools are made from Cold Forged Aluminium though having looked on the shimano website at both manuals the c-14 spool has more washers and other parts of the sub-assembly look different also they have different part numbers so I'd say no.

Hmm unfortunatelly..looking further in other countries, maby some shops in germany will have them.

Pretty sure they will fit. Put spare spools from my xtb 5500's on my medium bait runners and they fit just fine.

I know they fit, i have also the Ultegra XTD en the spool is almost the same as the xtb baitrunner spool. But also that one i cant find here in holland..
I know the Ci4 will fit, but that spool has more washers and something else inside, so i was wondering of that would be an issue ? The problem is not the size of the spool but the difference parts inside the spool of the Ci4 X spool..if that makes no mather, than i consider to buy a couple. What do you think ?

No, the xtb baby big pits with the bait runner spool. The reels are both 5500 size. I put the spools from the baby pits onto the bait runner. No problem at all. The bait runner mechanism on the baby pits is on the lid that comes off the front of the spool.
I can't be 100% sure but all of those reels, yours included are front drag systems. Why would they be any different? Do you mean the shims that adjust the line lay rather washers? I still think they would be fine. The xtd's were not bait runner spools and if there were going to be problems, I would have thought they would be more likely with bait runner spools. I haven't had any.

The spools are probably the same size but the C14 has the quick clutch drag knob assembly. so doubt that they are interchangeable.
Give Shimano Felindre in Swansea a call or message they will tell you what will fit. They are the main spares place for Shimano and are very helpful.

I've got a ci4 spool on one of my ultegras now. Only difference is the font.

Shimano medium ci4 baitrunner xtb and the xtb are different l only know because l damaged one of my spools and weren't sure myself so spoke to Johnson Ross and the tackle box and was told by both that they are different that's why the ci4 are more expensive
