Welcome to the Forum. Probably also need to know how many alarms you need (2 or 3) and whether you want a receiver.

If you like your gizmos and gadgets etc, then it may be worth looking at a set of New Direction K9. Tbh I have a set and have been pretty impressed for the price so far.
Within your budget you could also pick up a set of Nash Rs3s second hand, or of course I'm sure you could get some relatively decent spec Delks, but I wouldn't be able to advise on models etc having not used them.

Sonik Gizmo's are a pile of crap. Couple pals of mine have them. One pal had them out for their second outing and two of the three failed. One of them wouldn't stop making a weird, cricket-sounding noise. Had to be taken back to the store where bought from. The receiver annoyingly vibrates after the alarm is switched off too. They seem to appeal because of the bivvy light but for me, I don't rate them having seen them in the flesh many times.
Gardner Atts + Attx receiver
Doesn't have all the settings you get on Delks, but they are built to last and you can be the quietest angler on the lake which I really like.

You will get at decent second hand pair of Nash R3s with your budget, personally I would go for them.
I had a paid of new direction alarms and thought they was poor quality (lasted just over a year) and most of the features are just gimics.
You can't go wrong with a set of Fox MX alarms also, not tried the new microns but they look decent too.

these days you dont need to spend lots of money on bite alarms
these alarms are getting really good reviews from owners worth checking out and researching
PERSONALLY I would never buy alarms without a sensitivity adjustment

The BAT alarms are ridiculously good for the money.
I bought a set to try them.
My Delkims will be retired shortly.

yes I have heard of someone else that bought a set of the Prologic Bat + alarms as a back up set to their Delks and now the Delks have become the back up
Most people will look at the price and THINK they cant be very good but those that know know
