Been thinking of buying a dash cam for the car. Been looking on amazon and ebay. But not to shore what one to buy. I see some say you have to hard wire them in which i dont really wont to do. I just wont to be able to plug it into the fag lighter part in the car. What ones do you guys use ? and also i take it you need an sd card to go with them ?

Won't go far wrong with a next base
The next base hardwiring kit (extra standard is a plug in the fag lighter) is just like a piggy back cable connector. So it's simple enough to do
Hardest part is pulling out the connection I had to use forceps on my dads Dacia.

Was looking at the nextbass ones but it said about the wiring and I'm not good with that sort of thing .

I have got a nextbase front and rear cam,it's hardwired to my car.I paid for a package with Halfords for both cameras and fitting on an Easter special.My wife has exactly the same set up in her car,both have been utter crap.Mine freezes all the time and my wife's rear cam keeps not working then suddenly comes on.I would probably not but them again if I'm honest
