Looking for any user reviews on nash scope landing net latest version and if you rate it or is there better options for the price and also can you lock the length of handle or is it just telescopic.

Save your money their so over priced it's unreal my one snapped at the telescopic joint and the net arms are a pig to get in the spreader block their is certainly a better option for a fraction of the price sonik vader x with 2 piece handle net arms go in and out the spreader block nice and easy for £50 much better net for the money and fits in the scope 9 & 10 ft rod bags

The general feedback I got were they were poor for the money. Quick look on eBay has most of them loose their buttcap.
I ended up with a Gardner dual reach, which was okay, only just fit the 10ft scope sleeve though.

I've used a Nash dwarf net for years now. Just needed to cut the cord and retie it with a longer piece of leadcore so putting it back into the spreader block was easier.

You must be one of the lucky ones that own the Nash dwarf net that hasn't busted at the spreader block amount of people u see post about them on the Nash selling Facebook pages

Mines one of the first gen models, had it years. All that holds the spreader block on is a tiny pin only took it off once when the pole ceased together.

JRC Stealth 42" fits perfectly in my 10 foot scopes bag.
Thanks for the feedback so far. Well it sounds like the scope net is crap I'm glad I asked. Will have a look at 2 piece handle options instead or may be the sonik extractor

I wouldn't bother with Nash my mates spreader thread wasn't attached to the pole he caught a fish and the net and spreader was in lake the pole came away first time he used it

Have a look at the fox explorer net as well, extendable like the scope and gets decent feedback from what I read.
Not personally used it though so can't say first hand. Amazon was the cheapest place when I looked last.

Use the nash scope net since they hit the market, have two of them, no problems, happy with them.

Well you have been lucky I've spoke to dozens of people over the years and loads on here would say another story The only thing of Nash that is any good is the beds and alarms the rest is overpriced trash

I beg to differ.
I wouldn't say I have a lot of Nash stuff, but what I've used over the past 30 years has worked for me.
I also know many Scope Landing Net users who are happy with their nets.
You'll always find a lot more people will get on their keyboards to run something down, than praise a product, whether it be fishing tackle, cars etc etc

Couldn't agree more. I have a Mk1 scope net, probably about 7 or 8 years old. Still use it all the time, for France trips etc. It has seen plenty of 40's and 50's, and apart from losing the butt cap it has been perfect. Still about the lightest net available too!
