More bait, more clothes, more food and possible more terminal tackle, nothing different really from a 24hr to a 4 day session mate

4 times as much as youd need for a 24hr session (food, water, bait etc)

Take minimal kit if possible. Be mobile, You are move likely to move, if the fish do.
Same kit as a an 24hr overnighter, keep everything you don't need, like spare food, bait, fuel, etc, in the car.
Enjoy.

He is saying you need 96hours to do a 4 day session
I am reading this as you are working during the day and can then fish overnight??
If so, that's 4 overnighters rather than 96hrs?

Will they be feeding you during the day and evening? i.e. Lunch and Dinner.
If so, you would just needs snacks and drinks/water etc.
I wouldn't be taking 4 days worth of kit/food when in reality you won't actually be fishing for 4 days.

No don't think so mate, no food included
3 essentials that I would take on any session longer than a day is:-
1. A bog roll as I doubt I could nip a dump for 96 hours.
2. A spare pair of "Kecks" in case I followed through when "squeaking" a fart out.
3. A spare pair of socks in case I stepped or slipped into the pond.

The most important thing I'd suggest to take is experience but being short of that just wing it after all what can go wrong lol, enjoy.

obviously you will need your fishing kit + enough Bait.
4 days worth of food + the means to cook it (GAS) - I suggest include at least some healthy food. 4 days of 'bank food' isn't really the one.
Plenty of water, at least 10L depending on what you like to drink, although you can probably re-fill it there
Couple of changes of clothes
Spare Batteries and/or/ charger for bivvy light/headtorch/bite alarms
Loo roll + plastic bags
