I have now replaced my Delkims TXI and RXI and Smart Alarm movement detector and Bivvy light for the new digital versions and wanted to say I'm pleased I have.
None the less I expect these new alarms will last me 20
Years.
The movement detector interfaces with the delk receiver and there is a nice double tone response that's easily identifiable which the Bivvy light is brighter due to additional LEDs and are no longer recessed along with a more powerful magnet.
The Delkims themselves are a decent upgrade being able to set the tones to Ben either the same or different which is repeated on the receiver.
Interference has reduced to zero and range increased.
It was a little bit of a whim at the time to upgrade and I have no regrets.
Rob is a great guy to deal with.
I have no ties with them I just rate their products having used them for a few years now and their do make them for Fox and Nash alarms as well.

Those smart alarms are great I had one for my TXI's. In fact I still have it, I did advertise it for sale when I bought the Fox RX+, but did not get any interest. I think they are massively underrated or possibly just unknown.

Those would of been ideal for me being deaf.Nothing worse than someone appearing at your bivvy door and you never heard them. Can scare the sh*t clean out of ya.Just a pity they don't seem compatible with my ECU'S.

Hi there,
I spoke to Rob and none of the existing systems are compatible with ECU's however he offered me the smart-alarm 2 as a solution.
It's essentially a transmitter for outside your Bivvy with its own receiver box that you carry like your alarm receiver.
Maybe that would be an option for you?

Many thanks for the reply and yes, seems like an ideal solution to a problem I've had for years.
I thought I'd finished buying tackle for this year,but I can justify getting these as they aren't really fishing tackle
