I'm losing the will to live waiting for a reply for a dymag net,ive text the number just asking if he is still doing them,emailed him...I havent phoned as I work nights and would want to disturb him at weekends o in the evening, so my question is which net if not dymag.dont mind paying for quality.

I've got a dymag and got to be honest wouldn't swap it for anything. However if I couldn't get hold of him I'd be seriously looking at the solar p1 bow loc net it looks a lovely bit of kit

Have never handle a dymag so can't offer any comparison - but is it worth 'making your own'? I have used a matrix 3k pole, weston spreader, bulldog arms and a freespirit mesh - only comes in at 35g more than the dymag mk3 and is plenty stiff enough.

He wont be getting the blanks from harrisons at the moment for the handles, that does,nt stop him answering you. All builders are struggling getting supplies its very frustrating. I have just had a load of spreader blocks machined for me , got a box full of nets delivered but only a couple of torrix blanks and arms turned up !!! I know a few builders who are not taking any more orders until things get back to normal as they cant give assurances on how long it will take to complete an order.
Edit Chris brown nets every bit as good.

FFS DONT buy a Solar bow lock I am a HUGE SOLAR FAN and made the mistake of buying a Bow lock what a pile of poo heavy as hell dropping arms just rubbish
My Dymag No 2 is possibly the best thing I have ever bought I just cannot believe how incredibly rigid the arms are
and when it hot delivered I made the guy wait as I thought he
was delivering an empty box
I'm in my 70s s and it's no effort to hold it st arms length

Thats strange as I had mine around then I think.It took me months to justify the cost but it is worth every penny imo,I had mine finished with red whipping and black writing.
