Gardner Pro line 15lb 35mm cheap as chips covers most of my fishing these days must admit it wasn't one l was looking at but after been recommended on here to me by a few more experienced anglers that did it for me; that's what's great about the forum

ESP Syncro XT 15lb just moved over from 20lb X Line after just over 10 years,the esp us unbelievable the best mono I've ever used 👏🏻

Gardner pro light blend. 15lb on my main rods and 12lb on my ‘smaller' rods. Best line I've ever used and cheap as chips.

All down to personal preference of course, but my vote has to go to Fox Exocet. Absolutely love it, have tried GTHD and ESP Syncro, both OK but I've always gone back to the Exocet

For those who have the gr60 mono, have you tried the Gardner GT-HD? Is there much difference, do you prefer the gr60?

Yes, gr is stronger, better behaved on the spool, and sinks better
