Booked to fish France with two others last week April 2021 but because of travel restrictions
From the UK nobody is going anywhere from atleast the 7TH May we all paid a substantial
Deposit early last year we cannot go and have asked to re-book around the same time next
Prob May-June but now the fishery has asked us to pay the full amount about £1500
And we have not been given any dates for 2022 what should we do?

if youd have taken out insurance, you stand to get your deposit back cause no one is going anywhere until May at the earliest.

But why would they ask for payment in full when we do not have
A date to go 2022, would you pay up

Sounds sensible - but for such a know fishery they are gonna lose half their season anyway
And we still all want to go

Just a little bit of devils advocate here, are they actually open for business? If so is it their fault you can't go? I wouldn't be paying another penny, and it's probably a case of claiming back the deposit on insurance, a mate of mine owns a lake in France and the problem he has at the moment is being booked solid until the 2023 season he can't move any weeks until next year, it's a tricky one bud.
