Hi All,

tinkering with a fishmeal mix and decided to use Garlic and Fenugreek
thinking of starting with 5g of each for both in a KG

too much or too little?

Too little I'd say , maybe around 30-50g combined

Dependent on a reliable, consistent supplier, stick to one, get to know the product/s.
I would use
15 - 30 grams Garlic
15 - 30 grams Fenugreek

East end garlic powder from tesco. 1.25 for 100g. Cant argue with that. You can buy it in bulk in equine stores but no idea what thats like or what else is in it. Also i would go 20g or 30g of each. You could probably go higher if you fancied it.

I use the garlic for horses but be careful not every product is 100% garlic. 25gm of garlic and fenugreek is my preferred combination but also like to add 50gm of paprika.

What fenugreek are you using?

I've used one from world foods online and the one from BAF, probably prefer the one from world foods (it smelt fresher) but both have caught fish

I use Verselle Laga Garlic Oil for birds, 3ml per 6 eggs in food baits, 3ml for a 1 egg hookbait mix.
