Anyone know of someone to do some work on reels? Have used Gary at custom reels before but can't get hold of him.

Just want a service, a bearing upgrade and maybe some new washers installed on xt10000's

Surely you can do all that yourself? Very (very) simple basic reel maintenance is what you're describing. I'd never even consider paying someone to do any of that.

I tried to contact gary before xmass he has done alot of reels for me the last few years.
I also got no reply which was a great shame as his work was great.

I used Weston Developments instead

Great job with a quick turn around.

Future fishing service great response and friendly. Lots positive reports from them.

Really? I'd be petrified of dismantling a reel to be honest. Wouldn't know what I'd need to buy or how to do any of it
