Folks can anyone see where on earth you register a warranty for a fox product? I've looked all over the website, joined the Syndicate members page etc BUT still cant find anywhere to do this, never had this problem with any of the other brands - so where is the form hiding....???

Cookie, fairly sure your receipt will act as warranty, not sure you need to register like the old days.

Unfortunately not the case. To register a purchase for a warranty with Fox you need a unique product code for the item. My local tackle shop have an a/c with Fox and they couldn't track it down, none of the bar codes or numbers were the right one. I eventually got through to Fox in the Netherlands(would be easier to hack GCHG) and spoke to disinterested and unhelpful guy who would not accept any codes, bar codes or numbers I sent him, even in picture form. Said he had no record of any sale. Just had nowhere to go so did without a warranty. Happy with the quality and performance of the gear but will NEVER buy any major fox items again.

Odd how they didn't recognise your bar codes.
I guess I must have done this but have no memory of it, getting old

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately did all this but hit the phantom number problem which is when I phoned them. End of story.
