I have just received an PM from a banned member

How do I stop them messaging me.

I haven't pm'd this person before.

The PM was sent before the member (spammer) was banned.
They PM'd 200-300 users (porn site link)
Once someone alerted me I banned the user

Sorry for the delayed reply, I've only just finished checking it all.
