. . .didn't go for it in the end as was quoted £1500 for my spec. . .went with Mark Tunley instead and bought a power barrow as well to make myself feel better!
That's not to say I wouldn't if feeling flush / had a moment of madness in the future. Dead head rods ARE beautiful and look unique compared to other custom rod builds . . .he also 'owns' the Fatboy Slim / Deadboy Slim blank (one of Centuries better efforts IMHO) and these look the nuts . . .esp with the woven carbon handle wrap . . ..
