Well I've just gone into tier 4 where I live . But where I fish is I think in tier 2. And my club are not letting anyone in tier 3 or 4 go to the lakes. I no it's for the good for all us all going in to lock down and being safe. But was looking forward to doing a bit of fishing over Xmas. Who else is in tier 4

Makes me smile thow I was tier 3 then gone to 4. But my work mate less than a mile away is tier 2 still. And a guy across the road from him is 4 cos of the bondry. Mate is winchester and the other guy is Havant. And thay are only few hundred yards down the road between each other.

I'm of the beer due to new medication. alcohol makes me sick with the new medication. So being boring and drinking plenty of coffee.

I'm in Tier 4. But also so is my club. So far they say they are remaining open. It is . Or it ****ing should be. The least sociable past time anyway. I load the van. Drive to the lake. Open and shut the lock and gate. Then absinthe the hands.

I then go.nowhere near anyone . Repeat the gate procedure and drive home. In about 4 months the only issue was an****ing bailiff that insisted on taking my card by hand when I held it out anyway. Then passing it back.

Done with even a tiny bit of intelligence fishing can be as safe as staying indoors.

We were in tier 2, then briefly in tier 3 then straight in tier 4
