Hi guys,
Got a qeustion about the basia sld..saw a set on the lake last week. The rotor colour looks different to the rest? like a bit of grey...not cleaned, if it makes sence..:-)anybody owns these or seen them in a shop, or did he messed them up..

The body is plated or painted magnesium while the rotor is zaion which I believe is a high density carbon resin that will be unpainted.

Nope this is how they are grey/black.

Also the line always goes behind the spool and you have to remove the spool to untangle it due groove under the spool on the reel body.

Okay, they looked allot better then the new scw.
Liked them allot. But just wondered about the rotor, never seen this on Daiwa reels
