am looking for new Washers for my XTD 5500

I don't want super fast drag (no 4 click open/close or 3/4, min 1 full turn for open/close, pref 1.5)

Which should I choose:

-C-T washers

-Carbon washers

-Ice washers

-Teflon washers

-Nylon washers

-POM washers (used in Ci4 reels?)

I recently upgraded my Ultegra ci4's with Ice washers, yet to catch on them since ( surprise surprise 😂 but they are lovely and smooth in comparison to how they were. The drag is quicker but not too quick for my liking 👍

From memory how the new washers affect the drag is based on how thick they are and/or there ability to compress under pressure. I would imagine if you knew what you were doing and could measure the thickness of the washer being replaced you could 'have a play' with different depths to find out what you like. When I had some washers made for the father in laws baitrunners from Jims reels IIRC I measured them and he made to the same depth.
I can't help re your specific reels as I don't have them.

When I look on youtube Teflon washers seem best for me, almost 1.5 turn from full open to full closed
