I've got basemix and flavours sorted (and I've begun to do some 100g batches already) so this isn't another thread on that... but I've got some basic questions that I'd love some wisdom on:

Is it sensible to have a different syringe for each flavour (e.g. one for JB plum & one for Ala Salar)?

Any suggestions on a drying tray that isn't carp taxed beyond belief?

Thanks in advance

I use the same measuring devices just clean between use. It's doesn't have to be surgically clean

I got some cheap wire mesh from DIY store, screwed some 1" x 0.5" timber along each edge and can get 3-4kg per rack and stack them as high as I like

That had been my plan but one syringe after being washed still smells of ala salar

I made something similar to yours Peter, I used 2x1 on the edges, made a rack to put them in, all went well till the wife nicked them for a vegetable storage system

Another vote for the Ikea one. Perfect for the job and cheap too.
