In need of a decent bedchair for the misses for when she comes with me. Shes currently using my old Nash Indulgence but the locking mecanism on the legs is knackered. Shes coming to France with me next August so need to find her a decent bed for then. Nothing to low to the ground and somthing that will hold a decent weight as shes on the bigger side like me. Dont want to spend loads as she only comes occasionally over here but want her to be comfortable for 7 Nights in France. Any ideas?

Sonik levelbed has locked legs, buy a self-inflating mattress with it this makes a lot of difference even a £ 400 bedchair will be much better with a self-inflating mattress

They dont look too bad, she needs one thats not too low to the floor so we dont have to extend the legs too much. Ive got a flatliner but cant afford to spend that much when shes only gonna use it for the odd session with me on my Sydicate and France.

I disagree and having used a thermorest since the 90s I've not bothered during the last 5 as there is absolutely no need on a decent bed imo.

Ebay search folding camp bed. My Mrs has been using the army type version of this with a inflatable mattress on top for our trips for many years, packs away to nothing. You could use the camp bed on it's own but ours is too stiff for her. Naturally it can't be levelled but that's never been much of a issue tbh. I'm not sure I'd use a floor based inflatable in wilder locals (Mice).
