I am looking to buy new rods for next year
With Black friday there is a nice deal in the shop where I buy a lot for the Free spirit Ctx i saw them
Unfortunately, I cannot go to the shop due to corona quarantine

They have the Free spirit ctx 12ft Cork 3.00 and 3.25Lb
I fish up to 90 yard, I think with both I can throw this with 3.25oz lead

Would there be a lot of difference in fish playing between the 3Lb and 3.25Lb?

what would also be a good alternative to the Free spirit Ctx, max Price £175

I have some 12ft 3.25tc ctx rods I'm about to sell them and get some higher end rods but the ctx has served me well I've had them to go at around 110 yards without to much of a problem. They are very nice rods mate definitely worth while and best in the price bracket but if u can go to £175 a rod I would go next step up go to the free spirit e class golds bud

Don't know about the 3lb ctx but the 3.25 have a great playing action and almost bend double !
