On the weekend im going to roll my bait and was wondering if it was ok to premix all my dry basemix together and then when i need to roll the next time round all my mix is already mixed just add eggs etc

Yes mate mix your dry mix up and put it into a sealed bag/bucket to keep it fresh

yes just make sure its very well mixed.
its easier obviously to mix smaller amounts.
