Hello I'm looking for a syndicate near or around Chelmsford but I can't find any with tickets left, I'm looking to fish at least 72 hours a week day and night. I will be back into carping around Christmas time as things are abit hectic at the moment.
Looking for a good stock of 30s and a go at catching a 40 if possible.
Price range 200-600 depending on what's to offer.
I'm abit desperate at the moment if I'm honest as I've been look for over 3 months online so I decided to create an account and ask on here.

to be honest I think you'll be struggling to find any syndicates let alone clubs with membership for this season , best bet is to get into contact with a few you like an express your interest and see if they would consider putting you on the waiting list. unfortunately the majority off ''good lakes'' are now closed shops. i think it comes back to the who you know saying.

You'll still be very very lucky to get on anywhere next season most places have 3/4 season waiting list and more

Why are there such long waiting lists ? Just seems like the demand is not met, I like getting to know a lake and spending time on it then going to day tickets plus you do get a lot of unpleasant people at most day tickets.

People generally wait a long time on a waiting list then when they do join most don't leave. Fish stocks, price, convenience from home/work etc all reasons why people don't leave.

Lists are so long for the reasons you state. Many people are fed up with the cost and rat race of day ticket lakes so are willing to pay for a quiet syndicate to meet their needs. As already said once you have found somewhere that suits your needs then most are unlikely to drop the ticket unless circumstances change. Membership numbers need to be kept down where possible to ensure places do not get too busy which then impacts the availability against demand. I am 6 years into a list and nearly at the top of it
