I am trying to send an email to JRC but the contact form on the web site will not send for some security reason.

Does anyone have an email address for JRC?

Yep having the same problem, tried calling too, but constantly engaged or no answer!

Nash customer service is the same just cuts off when you ring up

maybe a facebook page ?

Drawn a blank on an email address for jrc, but they are owned by pure fishing who have a store called the compleat angler.

I find this with a lot of carp fishing brands.

Absolutely no way to contact them by phone, email or website form.

They prefer all questions and issues to go via the shops and online reatilers.

Contact KP spares 01527 854756 they will have a number for JRC or if it's spares you need KP spares are who you need to contact anyway

Thanks for all your replies, this is a terrible stiuation to be in and it seems like it is not just JRC!

I won't be buying any more JRC products!

Also try this number 01665 602771 which is Pure fishing number which JRC are part of the Pure fishing brand
