Talk in the tackle shop today was that Gary Bayes is in a coma following complications from a heart operation.

If it's true I'm sure we all wish him a speedy recovery.

Really, he emailed me a few days back. I really hope he's okay. The guy is such a nice and decent sole, as is his wife Anne.

Sorry to hear that. It's been many years since I last saw him but he was an enthusiastic chap.
