I've been using the Gardner Covert XL Buffer beads/sleeves for a good while now, I nearly always fish heli either naked, tube or lead free,the buffer beads allow me to use a swivel on the end of the mainline, a Gardner C clip just in case and finally a heli lead attached directly to the loop. I recent purchased some replacements and unfortunately they seem to have change the material spec as the new ones are stiff and difficult to use the above set up. The old style were a soft rubber type material not quite silicone but similar.
Can anyone recommend a similar type product, I know fox and avid do some that may work but I'm unsure as to size and length etc
