I've just invested in some jag black buzz bars and sticks.
I have solar stainless arms and chains matched to matrix (I think) bodies and solar stainless ball line clips.
Thing is I'm a tart and want black to go with the rest!
I fish anywhere from under the rod tips to 150 yards, so want flexibility.
Was looking at the fox mini swingers and then a black chain or get the jag safeliners as well, but what other options are out there?
Normally I'd have a Johnson Ross or Tackle Box catalogue to drool over!

Black safeliners with the new black weights. I've got a few sets of indicators but I now exclusively use these as I've yet to find a situation where they don't work, slack line, under the rods, at range, in wind etc and I'm basically lazy so the less I have to dick about the better.
Then of course you have to decide on what colour inserts you want, I have green, which is what all real men have.

Get proper bobbins from Defiant MPS. He does a whole range of indicators. I have the Stingers and they're great. No lining them up, quick release fittings and I got 3 for £50 delivered.

Johnson Ross stows on mcf bike chains,I had the safeliners and they would of been better if could use your own chains as I love my mcf chains

I've got the new mk2 black versions that are made from the heavier stainless.
There are three sizes of weights available. To be honest even at range I've never needed the largest one. I tend to just use either no weight, just the body, or the smallest weight. I'm not an ultra range angler though. I probably rarely need to fish more than 100yards on my waters. I know the biggest/heaviest weight it popular in Europe with guys boating out baits at ranges much farther than I could ever hope to cast.

I just cannot get on with the safeliners....ok they are great for slack-line indication but otherwise I found myself forever adjusting them, much prefer a traditional bobbin.
The best I have found are the n-brice, where the line clips have a recess that lightly traps the line if you want to fish like a safeliner or if not you just clip on as normal.....the heads are available in black or white in 2 different sizes.
For distance or when I want a heavy bobbin i use the black Weston Developments heads....
