Can anyone recommend a contact for a rebuild of 3 Torrix TE's please?
Several years old in chestnut with cork handles and fuji seats which I am looking to change to black blanks, alps seats and re-ringed, while retaining the cork. I appreciate the cork may need replacing.
In a nutshell I want to give the rods a facelift.
Are there any rod builders out there that specialise in this area?

My TE's are currently with Bob Davies for a re build. Ex Fosters now Angling Direct.

I've tried Colin he said they need to go back to Harrison so Bob at Fosters now AD is a good call below, I'll drop him a line 👍

With all that would it not be more cost effective to sell them off and get some new ones made?

Tony Kay - Wigan based - he does a lot of work for Harrison as it is and should be able to do it.
He built my TE's several years ago and said at the time he did a lot of rebuilds.

Yeah I've just heard from Cotswold Rods and the rebuild is looking like 300 a pop so tempted to sell them on as I've got another set on order with Vic at JR.
