I've waited almost 3 weeks for spools, money went out my account straight away and every time I call they say that my spools will be posted out that day
It said on the web site the spools were in stock ?!

I've bought ISO spools a couple of time from them. From memory weren't the quickest, took about a week or so.

Three weeks doesn't sound good though

I used them recently. Bought some basiair spools as they said were in stock and as i own older basiairs hard to come by. Long story short over a week later no spools called them with no answer. Sent 3 emails with no reply ended up going through PayPal. On Friday had a missed call with voicemail from them saying they are awaiting stock from daiwa will chase them Monday.

Now seeing as its discontinued doubt daiwa will have stock lol. Shame really as their website said in stock also. O well see tomorrow always have PayPal to reimburse if required just annoying as was excited to find spare spools
Are you sure?
