Really Struggling to find any waters that accommodate dogs apart from BlueBells all suggestions and pointers welcome

You didn't mention where you are mate?
Round here there's the Lee Valley complex, further afield is the St-ives complex as I understand dogs are cool with them, the Rise and Mill etc. Er, Chelmsford Angling Association is another. RK fisheries let you take dogs.
What's worth a try is even if some of the places you're interested in don't mention dogs, just phone up and you might be surprised when they say yes under certain conditions like you dog ain't a nutty Pitbull, you know?

Farlows allow dogs. As said it depends where you're located.
