ive been looking at a new pair of chest waders but cant decide between a pair of procast from fishingwaders.com or a pair of vass 700e's main point is they must be quick to put on and take off unlike the cheap ones i own at the mo .

Have a look at Pros - got mine off ebay.
Good quality for the money - unless you're going to be living in them then id defo consider them.

Had a couple of cheap ones and a Vass. The latter because, supposedly, it's easier to get into. Just marketing though: they're all a pain in the arse.

I have the procast with studding and they are 7 years old and still superb.
A friend used them on the first week I had them and fell through some boards and put a tiny hole in them below the knee. I've still not bothered to sort them even after playing in the water for 20 minutes at a time I'd have a small patch of water. Easily fixed and I might even repair them soon as the syndicate I was on has collapsed so have the time to do it.
Superb waders buy with total confidence. Easy to put on, mine live in a Ski Tex boot bag when not in use.

is the procast boot as good as they say and is the boot size the same as your shoe size or did you go one size bigger ..... thanks.

I bought the size up based on winter clothing.
Erm can't really comment on the boot much better than the Daiwa boots on their waders. Yes it's decent no issue with the seam and they have been left folded down for as long as I have had them.
I purchased mine based on their reputation and being the most popular within the aquatic sector professional and I was chuffed to bits they are a great piece of kit.

Pro-S seem very good for the money - I've had a pair for a couple of weeks and so far so good - although the true test is over time of course.

i have the trakker N2 waders and for the price cant fault them even come with a storage bag with air vent sides.

My Daiwa failed during the second season at £40 that is £20 a year.
My procast have yet to fail that's £10 a year.
