Not Really a electronic Fan, Ive realised when fishing Solo and trying to Take pictures of the catch doesnt end up well ever! Any recommendations for a decent camera and anyone could inform me on self take camera

Look up zone focusing if you're having focusing issues and your camera allows manual focus. Stopping down to f5.6-8 will help also.
Without more information it's hard to help honestly. What type of camera and any example shots?
Also if you're wanting a full mechanical camera that's whole different kettle of fish, and would most likely entail 35/120 film.

Sorry mate i forgot to put it in im looking for a camera i havent got no camera at the moment just been using a phone any recommendations dont want anything to ££££

Probably best to mention which issues you were having when trying to take photos with your phone.

A mirrorpess/dslr and prime lense will give you great photos at a cost... a decent compact will give you better pictures than your phone....
As below depends on what you want and how much you're willing to spend.

Search ‘cameras' in search button on general and tackle threads. Loads on there
£200 May get lucky with an oldish Nikon or canon,doubt you'll get a flip round screen or anything fancy for that money. For something ‘decent' and easy to use ie flip screen, and depending on what you want - a prime lense, you'd need to be more 300-350

May be able to pick up a nikon 5100, spny a5000 or alike off ebay for £200 - has a flip around screen and can be remote triggered. The kit lense will take great pictures and be far superior to a phone.

I've been down this rabbit hole and for my purposes can't justify having a separate camera for fishing. I'd only be buying a compact and the photos won't be any better than my phone. I have a Google pixel 3a which I got for the quality of the camera. Portrait mode is perfect for catch shots. Do you need to blow the pictures up to a large size or submit to a sponsor? If not and they're only for personal use then get a new phone with a better camera and use an app for self takes. In my opinion you won't get better quality with a compact over a good phone camera. You might with a DSLR; if you know how to use it.
Canon G12 or G1x Mk2 if you don't want to be lugging a DSLR around. You can get great shots from these particularly the latter. Both would be second hand as discontinued but always nice ones on ebay.
For self takes you also need:

ebay intervalometer £10
intervalometer extension cable £5
back light - if you have a ridgemonkey light get the magnetic bankstick adaptor. the backlight provides enough light from behind the camera for the autofocus to work at night. angle the light so it doesn't reflect back into the lens.
you can also pick up a second hand external flash which is better than the inbuilt
carp fishing photography is quite straightforward cos they're all straight forward still portraits, so you can soon settle on the best settings.
suggest:
Aperture Priority (low as possible F Stop for best quality but focusing needs to be spot on)
Auto ISO (not sure if G12 offers this. it's my back up camera so if you want it checked just ask)

Also you can get decent background blur on the G1X if you zoom right in but the camera needs to be someway back from the fish so you need some open space. I struggled to get blur with the G12.
Other tips for nice shots:
get the net, water bucket etc behind the camera and out of shot
remove headtorch at night
sun behind the camera and shining towards the fish in day
find a nice background eg bushes or lake and keep bivvies, other anglers etc out of shot
personally I don't think it looks good holding the fish out
get hand position right to keep hands and fingers minimised in the shot
apologies if i'm teaching anyone to suck eggs!

I prefer to have the sun at around 20 to 45° behind me and use a flash, easier to do this with a compact like a g1x as you can use the flash at any shutter speed, bit trickier with a dslr/mirror less

Probably the cheapest camera with a flip round screen is the Canon G5. I'm sure a few of us used to use these a while ago.
One of the main drawbacks of the G5 was trying to hold the remote and a fish at the same time.
These sell for well under £50 on eBay. This was a £500 camera when it first came on the market.

yeah I've had a G5, G12 and G1X mk2. Each model is a big improvement on the previous and all make excellent fishing cameras with the flip round screen. Only drawback with the G1X over the others is screen only flips up so is obscured with an external flash. The others flip sideways.
