Just wondering has anyone got the 9.5 inch or smaller 8.5 3 rod bars and how do you find squeezing 3 reels on to those?

I can't really help other than to suggest you lay your rods out at each spacing and see what you think.
Personally I think some of the buzz bar spacings I've seen are crazy and even if they physically fit they wouldn't lend themselves to a hurried pickup.

Depends on what reels really. Too slim for any big pit reels without folding the handles which is daft anyway. I've got the 2 widest bars and my emblems just fit without folding handles or clashing with each other

I have a set of silver mags and another set of Basiair 45 QD's. I have tried the 11.5 inch 3 rod bars with both and they fit fine, but I can't imagine anyone squeezing 3 rods on to an 8.5 inch bar, that sounds nuts to me, I don't know how they sell.

Everyone knows you catch more fish if the reel handles are folded

I've got the Cygnet Swan necks & they just about fit unfolded 5000ts at their widest - I'll measure them on the phone later today when I get set up mate
