I've tried a few chairs over the years but realistically I need something that will be comfortable for my frame (6'2" 18 st) and find a lot of chairs short in the back. Be interesting to hear from any XL size anglers out there?
I'm 6.2 and 19 clem and I'm useing the fox fx combi as a bedchair buddy and use it to sit outside to had no probs with it

I just got the advanta high back one from AD, I'm ,6 foot 2 and 18 stone, support is really good, it had elastic underneath the seat to brace and support - really useful if your heavier.
Back goes upto my head so I can actually sit back as well.

I got a Daiwa Mission deluxe chair from Ebay for £55. Its an old model but I find it very comfy and I just shy of 6 foot 2 and about the 19 stone mark (if I dont eat for a week!)
This is a big chair too at a good price but heavy. Might be worth a look if comes back in stock

Thanks for the feedback guys, really appreciate it - Seems like there's a few 6'2" 18 stone carp anglers out there! Anyway I'll be able to whittle my selection down a little now. Admittedly I like the look of the Fox Combi, a clever design for sure.

Fox R3 well worth a look, I'm 17 st and I still have room, nice high back too.
