I've managed to source a 1kg bag of paste to match some boilies I have. So was going to have a go at making up some wafters and pop ups.

I have some cork balls and other cork I've been saving but does anyone know how to make wafters.... guessing it will be trail and error to some extent?

Cheers all

to make wafters get some cork granules and kneed them into the paste a little at a time. keep testing in a glass of water until you get baits that just about float. yes it is trial and error and a bit of a faff but good results can be achieved.

I'm not sure you will get any consistency trying to knead cork dust into paste. Every bait will be different.
Could you roll a 14mm, 16mm and 18mm bait and then mould each around an 8mm corkball and see what you have when testing in water.
A faff I know but you should get a consistent result.
