Not sent with them, but Johnson Ross use Fedex and the seem to be the only people who don't lose anything.

Yep, had 3 new rods delivered a few days ago from JR by Fedex without any drama's, unlike some others I could mention. (All right Yodel since you ask who are the bottom of the pile by a Country mile.)
