Gents, not sure if its new barrow time or not, but the bearings on one side of my Nash Pathfinder barrow has completely disintegration - was making a god awful racket and clanking noise trying to get my gear back to the car earlier this morning.
So, its fairly old but its built like a tank - other than the bearings of course. Any ideas for how to get a new set of bearings ? ....or is it new barrow time ? ....have to admit ive been tempted by a 24V Power Porter for some time, not sure if this is the excuse Ive been looking for to justify the cost though

You can get new bearing races for the wheels , I got some off eBay , they just prise out of the wheels , well they did on my porter
Or buy a new complete wheel

Three options
Either find the number ( often on the outer race )
If you cannot read the number, measure the bearing inside and outside diameter and width, note if it has a seal. A bearing factor will supply a set either by number or size.
Take the remains to your local bearing factor and they will measure and match, assuming they are open now.

Thanks for the responses gents - only just got around to catching up with the forum.
Ive just taken the wheel off and got the one remaining bearing out and its an odd size - the vernier says its 13.5mm internal bore and 28mm outer bore. Cant find that size anywhere.
I can see tackle box sell a replacement wheel with various different bushings so may give that a go.

Any numbers stamped onto the bearing anywhere mate? If there is you might be able to search with the number.

Give this number a call 01375 373975 their called JM belts they sell all manor of bearing will more than likely have the size you require

Perhaps you should remeasure the bore.
Could it be an imperial size and the bore is 12.7mm?
1/2 x11/8 probably the closest I can think of. Bearing type and also width will also help identify it.
