Im thinking of trying paprika, garam masala and fenugreek in a new fishmeal mix im playing with.
What sort of levels of each should i use?
Im thinking 50 paprika 30 garam 20 fenugreek?

I'd try starting off with
50 - 100 grams paprika
30 grams Fenugreek

Not sure what the masala will add that the paprika won't.

Swap the garam for garlic.
Swap the garam for garlic.
Turmeric is one I used to use.
Also use it in a powder dust I create for solid bags.

No real reason for garam masala other than i read a few posts saying it was good, paprika is one i always include at 50g per kg
Fenugreek ive not tried but definitely want to try it in my next mix so i might just keep it paprika and fenugreek

Ive used it before, stains your hands with stinky garlic though! Not good when you have to go out with the mrs and kids after rolling a few kg!

I use 35g of very hot chilli powder in my 1kg mix and it certainly taste hot when you taste one of the boilies
Fenugreek is a great additive mate I'm sure it's in the make up of the krill
