After a ten year break I'm starting to get some gear back and be on the bank soon.
Thing is when I was fishing before I wasn't living in the North West for long and only had half a season on Wheelock anglers ticket.
Fast forward I'm looking at a few tickets but could do with some advice please, the tickets I'm looking at are:
Tarporley
Lymm
Northwich
Winsford
Middlewich
Prince Alberts
At the start I'm looking for a few waters with A good chance Of a few bites and sessions will be short evenings after work until dark and the odd overnighter.
Then I will look for a harder water with a better stamp of fish.
Thoughts more than welcome.

Hi Pal,
I live in the NW and am a member of Lymm anglers whim have lots of waters to cater for different anglers requirements... I Would recommend them as its good value for money ...if you want more specific info regarding any particular water etc give me a pm....
Warrington anglers also have some good waters although I haven't been a member for some time and prefer lymm for quick short notice fishing sessions and my syndicate for longer more planned sessions....
Windsford have some good waters but I'm not very knowledgeable on this club....
If I was you I would join either lymm or Warrington and put my name on the list for Prince Albert....although I have been told PA is not the holy grail that you may think....I ended up declining membership after the 2 year waiting list as it didn't offer much more than lymm.......

PA is a good couple of year wait currently (think about 2-3)
Wheelock has stopped taking applications for the waiting list (it was above a 7 year wait)
May be worth getting your name down for both when possible then you can fish the others while you wait .

Defiantly get your name down on the PA they have a lot of waters for people with a wide range of capabilities. I was a member of warrington for a number of years I dropped the ticket as I felt the waters were getting busier and busier by the year not sure how busy the other clubs are as I've not been a member of them. PA has a lot of different venues so should you turn up and the place it's stitched up there are several other waters you could drop onto including some very good river stretches.

All the cheshire clubs are stupidly busy, and end of lockdown has made things twice as bad.
Get a ticket for the closest club to you to avoid losing fishing time due to silly traffic issues and then consider your options.

I think Warrington and Lymm are immediate membership, so choose one or both of them and apply for Prince Albert .Fish the other clubs waters until you get your PA invite then decide.
