Can anyone tell me the main differences in these? Has anyone looked at both side by side? Unsure which one to get, all my fishing is in the uk. Also looking at the jag nano and micro too but think I prefer the solar stainless. Thanks

The only difference is the size of legs and one of the up rights is smaller on the compact. It's a brilliant pod. So versatile

I bought the low pro version last year and I think the main bar is the same as the world wide. I have also bought the compact main bar that yes is shorter. It all fits into the pod bag

The P1 low profile had the same size length main pod bar has a separate bag for the bar....same as the std WWP1. Only difference is one lower upright.
The newest WWP1C (compact) all fits into the main bag and has a shorter main bar....

Just had one delivered myself, now the little problem, I didnt realise my buzz bars would be too thick do I need to buy the p1 ones to match or do other brands fit?

I'm in the exact same position as you-and everywhere seems to be out of stock of the p1 buzz bars (the have the extending but don't fancy spending another £100 for buzz bars)

I gave in and went to the £50 shop and spent double lol.
I wouldn't say the extendable ones are worth £50 each but they do look nice on the pod thats all that matters isnt it? 😂😂😂

Haha-I'm tempted just because I want to all to match. At the min I'm using some some black ones as it's all I had that would fit...but it doesn't look nice 🤣

You'll cave in and get the solar buzz bars and don't forget the back rests to finish it off.
I bought the original in 2005 it was stolen ten years later and I purchased the P1 as it was being released.
The quality of finish could be better however the design and versatility is superb.

More than happy with the finish on mine, maybe they've improved a bit, cracking pod looks like it will do everything I'm going to need 👍

Yer mine seems great..I'm using mine with the new delks and the slimlite indicators for added bling 🤣🤣

Solar P1 for me.
I already had extra longer banksticks, so I could add height if I need to.
I did have to get The buzz bars to fit it, my only annoyance is I can't fish goalpost without a pod if the banks are soft enough to get banksticks in.
With Solar short arm titanium indicators it works a treat.

So when they changed it from the low profile to the compact in name they also shortened the main bar length?
