Trakker V2 brolly all the way. Brilliant design and lightweight. I use it all year round. One of the best pieces of kit I've bought in years.

all the tempest owners will say its the best..........and all the Hide XL
you get the picture

I dont own either but they are completely different sorts of shelter one is very low one is very high for a start ? and a good place to start

Do NOT go for the Hide XL. I got rid of mine after 3 sessions. Hugely overpriced for what you get and very poor quality

I've had the Tempest V2 brolly and found it far to low for my liking sold it after using it once and bought the Nash Titan Hide xl which is much better . Better head height and has rear vents which a great couldn't have a shelter without rear vents it goes up just as quick as the Tempest V2 brolly

The Tempest Brolly 100T is the equivalent of the Hide XL buddy.

Interesting a forum member sent me a video recently

where he was fishing in a raging storm of biblical proportions and his Nash hide XL was completely dry and very solid its filled him with complete confidence if it can handle a storm like that it can handle anything
