will Summit - Premier Aluminium Thumb Screw Bankstick screw tread fit a JAG Black Buzzbar 3 Rod ?
or can you only use jag black banksticks ?

Assuming you mean can a summit buzz bar attached to a jag bank stick then yes every Brand bank stick and buzz bar have a standard thread so they are all interchangeable
