Anyone bought/seen/used these yet? Thoughts?
Asking for a pal that's considering them for a water with tricky access.

I think they are a good idea two lengths

I've used them and like them. Wouldn't give it the big welly with them in 8ft mode, totally fine in 10ft. Suit me for boat work in both lengths, especially the 8ft, goes all the way in the boat out of harms way if fish snagged in reeds.

yes feel sound. I sent one back as the stopper that holds it in the 8ft mode was loose, i know i could have rubbed some candle wax on it for a quick fix however, got a replacement and it's cushdy!

I tried them in the shop, but I found the quality feel was lacking and indeed in the 8 foot length the rod was loose in the spigot.

I have two of these and the Explorer net, they're quality! Lovely to play fish on and cast quite well too!
