Could anyone recommend a good fishing bbq? My bucket bbq has bitten the dust

Not sure what the trakker one is like but I'm sure there's a replica for a bit cheaper. If you are going to use it a lot have a look at the weber smokey joe. They are just a compact version of the normal ones so most likely to be a decent bit of kit.
The Nash BBQ is superb sadly people didn't warm to it. Mines several years old and although it's still does the jobs I've been looking around for a replacement. Nothing as yet comes close for compactness not that it helps you.
to me a BBQ is shyte UNLESS its got a lid
I learnt this after watching a tv program about BBQ in Australia when the guy could not believe people used them without a lid ?
what he demonstrated made a lot of sense
so I tried cooking some expensive quality burgers 2 without using the lid then the next two with the lid closed both me and my pal agreed the burgers cooked with the lid shut were a 100 times better tender juicy and properly cooked not dried outsides just ruddy marvellous since then I proved it to so many people

Hit the nail on the head mate. I do a fair bit of bbq and smoking and a good quality lid is vital! (Hence why I suggested the smokey joe.

Cadac Safari Chef. Uses gas and you can also use it to boil a kettle etc. Folds down nicely as well.

Just treated myself to a Weber Go Anywhere for my birthday. On trial runs its superb, especially with the chimney starter

The Go Anywhere's look good, especially for camping trips as well, but then so does the Cadac if you prefer gas, very versatile

I would go for a Cobb. You can do pretty much anything with it.
