Can anyone that's bought a set recently point me in the direction of where they've had theirs from and what they've paid please? I've emailed a few shops but with what's going on I'm struggling to get replies from 90%.

yep, great price - I found another place that will do discount of 20% and its still 40 or 50 quid more expensive. Can you share the name of the place if possible (or by PM), I am considering getting 4 myself.

I bought a set about 3 weeks ago from eBay. They were from an eBay only type tackle shop. There were up for £535 which was more than I wanted to pay but I watched the item anyway. After a week I received a message from the seller with a private offer of £515 which was good but the next day eBay had one of those 10% off certain purchases which just happened to work with that tackle shop. I had to contact eBay first and ask if that 10% offer would work on top of there private offer of £515 which it did! So get them for £463 in the end which was a result. a mate has just bought a set of rods off eBay and had the same type of private offer after watching the rods for so long that was much cheaper than anywhere else. Not something I'd heard of before but maybe worth a look if you're not in a rush to buy

I do this a lot. I have a lot of things im watching but don't need to buy urgently sometimes the seller will make an offer which encourages me to buy the item.
