Any recommendations on breathable waders that are easy to get on and have normal wellies for your feet ?

Look at the Snowbee range on their website. They have breathables with boot foot. I have bought from them recently.... they do FB sizes if like me you struggle to get standard waders on and off. ( fuller body or fat bloke)
It was brilliant to finally get waders that comfortably fitted.

Google Neoprene lined waders they are the easiest to get on and off

Neoprene waders are obviously heavier, but as mentioned, easier to get on. Especially when you leave them
concertinaed. A lot warmer in colder water too

I guessing after having neoprene welly's these will make you sweat as much as normal nylon waders do as it is not breathable either ?
These will be used from spring to early autumn so don't nee to be warmer. Just had enough of getting wet from sweat after wearing nylon waders for any amount of time.
Regarding snowbee waders would this be the ranger model ?

The Rangers are £200 and the prestige are £300. both types are breathable and have wellyboot styles in the range. and both are available in FB sizes

Not worn them in anger yet just tried them on. I can vouch for the larger fit though.
