I've never used fluoro so am I right that it's not suitable on smaller reels? Thinking of putting it on some old Daiwa GS1000.

Unless it's in a low breaking strain I wouldt bother. Is there a specific reason you want fluorocarbon?

Been using x line on 2600 for years no problem if using them on 12ft rods the trouble is winding in the 2600 will take for ever

Also they'll be on 10ft rods

I've just got a set of 6000 aero-x baitrunners.
I have a spare spool of 16lb tiger line laying about and was thinking of putting it on the spare spools.
Shouldn't be a problem with the slow oscillation with these should it?
Going to use technium as my main got to line.
